Our Project Execution Timeline describes the flow of our project execution process, starting from the initial meeting with client, to the documentation and agreement signing down to actual project design and development, testing and reviews and finial delivery.
In this phase, we meet and discuss the actual project with clients to understand their needs and the scope of their projects. After the meeting and initial discussion we proceed to the next stage which is documentation and signing of contract.
Documentation & Contract Signing
Once we have understood the job scope, we prepare a detailed proposal document which captures every details about the project. The contract is signed and sealed and the development team spring to action afterwards

Flowchart Design and mapping
The development team designs a flowchart on how the entire design process will run from start to finish
Development and Testing
Once the concept is adopted from the flowchart, the team starts the actual design and development of the project. The testing phase allows for proper checks and debugging of product before the launch of the project.
Launch of Product
Once the team certifies that the product is error free, The CTO grants approval for launch of product. It’s now time to launch the product for public use. Congratulations
